Crafted in our bakery using West Country beef fillet, these handmade beef wellingtons feature a rich mushroom duxelles wrapped in golden pastry. Each wellington is prepared with care to deliver a restaurant-quality centrepiece for your table.

Home Delivery Information

At Complete Meats, we provide a home delivery service that you can trust. Using our exclusive network of Complete Meats refrigerated vans, we ensure your order will be delivered directly your order directly to your door. Deliveries are made on a Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Choose home delivery at checkout and select the day that you would like your delivery, we will take care of the rest. You will receive notifications when your order is ready, when your driver is 3 stops away, and once it has been delivered.

Our home delivery service costs £3.95 per order, with FREE HOME DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £40. Orders must be placed two days before your required delivery date, as all meat is cut fresh and prepared to your order.

Collection Policy

Whilst we do offer a local home delivery service, you can also choose to collect your order in store. By selecting the 'collection' option at checkout, you can select a date and time to collect your order from either of our shops in Honiton or Axminster. Orders can be placed for collection the following day, Monday to Saturday.

Place the wellington on a baking tray, apply an egg wash, then bake at 220 degrees (200 degrees fan assisted) intil golden brown with a core tempreture of 43 degrees for rare beef, 45 degrees for medium rare.
