A Cut Above the Rest
A little message from all of us at Complete Meats…
Lockdown or not, we will be here preparing your orders to our usual high standards.
We will endeavour to get your orders to you one way or another, come rain or shine.
Complete Meats are open as normal with plenty of fresh stock including fresh meat, home cook meals, eggs, pies and pasties, local cheeses, deli products & more!
We will continue to be open with care and follow government advice until further notice.
In the event, we need to close the shop or you are self-isolating, we are now providing a local delivery service to your door so you can still get your fresh produce from local suppliers for FREE subject to availability and location.
We are always diligent about our own hygiene procedures but are taking extra precautions – both in terms of hand-washing, sanitisation and in the additional cleaning of equipment. The virus is not food-borne, and all produce is fresh and hygienically packed and stored.
We will do our very best to support you where we can, please support your local shops where you can.

Can I leave delivery instructions for the driver ?
Feel free to tell us any delivery instructions when placing your order or call up before your order is due to be delivered and add them.

However, we cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage if you ask us to leave the meat outside or in a safe place and you are not home to receive it immediately.
What time will my order arrive ?
Unfortunately, we cannot give delivery times for your chosen delivery day.
However, you are more than welcome to call us to check where the driver roughly is on the day of delivery if you wish.

My order has not arrived, what should I do ?
If there are any known problems with your delivery, we will contact you.
When do I pay ?
If you have an order being delivered, we will call you for card payment the day before delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver your goods without prior payment but rest assured we will contact you for this.
I no longer want my order…
Orders for whole birds have non-refundable deposits on them. No shows will be charged a percentage of the order.
